澳大利亞PVC業淘汰含鉛穩定劑

       澳大利亞聚氯乙烯(PVC)行業已基本不在PVC產品中使用含鉛穩定劑。根據澳大利亞乙烯基協會(VCA)上月發布的2011PVC產品管理計劃進展報告，自2002年首次推出旨在降低PVC對環境和健康影響的行業計劃以來，該國PVC行業已將此類穩定劑的使用量減少了99%。

　　澳大利亞PVC行業在2002年自發啟動了這一計劃。該計劃考慮到了PVC在生產、使用和處置中對環境和人類健康帶來的影響。澳大利亞約有80%的PVC制造企業，外加一些重要的原料和添加劑供應商和多家PVC產品進口商都在該計劃上簽字。該計劃的管理方是成立于1998年6月、總部位于墨爾本的VCA。
